Painted Molded Skin shutters with hard wood frames for internal doors and fiber reinforced (FRP) shutters for toilets UPVC frames with 5mm clear float glass for windows (grills for bedroom only).
FLOORING
2ft by 2ft Vitrified tiles from reputed brands for internal floorings of dwelling units. Ceramic floor tiles for common corridors and exclusive balconies.
INTERIORS
Gypsum plaster or Putty finished with Emulsion paint coat for walls and ceilings.
EXTERIORS
Cement plaster finish or textured putty finishes as per elevation requirements as per design with Exterior grade Emulsion Paints.

Granite top for kitchen counter with Tile dado up to 2 feet according to the architect's Design with Single bowl Stainless Steel Sink.

Ceramic Wall Tiles on all walls of toilet & antiskid floor Tiles according to architect's Design. Chrome plated bath Fittings & Sanitary wares from reputed brands.
WATER SUPPLY
Ground water via bore well for Domestic uses with provision made for municipal/corporation water supply near kitchen sink treated water from the STP, is recycled for WC flush and garden irrigation.
ELECTRICAL
Modular Switches from reputed brands, Power Backup for Corridor and stilt and driveway Lights. Single phase connection for 1BHK & 3 phase connections for 2BHK, 3BHK Socket Provision only for UPS.
