Main Door & Frame by Teak wood. Bedroom doors with country wood and frame with the paneled door. Toilet with PVC Doors.

WINDOWS

UPVC windows with standard design MS Safety Grill.

KITCHEN

Black Colour granite platform with single bowl stainless steel sink with 2 feet height wall tiles above platform area.

SANITARY FITTINGS

CP Fittings, closets (Parryware) and wash basins.

STAIRCASE

Vitrified anti-skid flooring with stainless steel handrails.

ELECTRICAL

Three-phase supply with independent meters, with orbit (or) Kundan wiring MCB adequate light, fan and plug points, switches hi-fi and free inverter wiring.

PAINTINGS

Internal Walls will be finished with putty and tractor emulsion. External walls with exterior emulsion (Asian or equivalent make). Enamel Paint for doors and grills.
