SILL LEVEL:

R.C.C.1:2:4 continuous sill level concrete at 3'0" height from the Basement/ Roof.

LINTELS AND SUNSHADES:

R.C.C.1:2:4 continuous Lintel at 7’0” height from the Basement/ Roof and 1’6” wide R.C.C 1:2:4 plain sunshade.

STAIRCASE:

Common Staircase R.C.C flight slab with Stainless steel hand rail.

STILT:

1’x1’ digital tiles at Rs.45/Sq.Ft will be provided at the Stilt floor ( parking area).

MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR:

The teak wood frame of section 4”x2.5” with Teak Wood Panel Door of 1¼” thick for shutters and Varnish Finishing on both sides.

BED ROOM DOORS:

The country wood frame of section 4”X2.5” with American Skin Door of thick 1¼” for shutters painted on both sides neatly.

TOILET DOOR:

PVC Frame with Single Panel PVC door for shutters.

POOJA:

Pooja shelf with cudapa slabs will be provided without door and shutters.

WINDOWS :

Openable UPVC window fixed with pin-headed glass and fitted with simple M.S.Grills.

FLOORING:

2’X2’ Vitrified Tiles at Rs.50/Sq.Ft for flooring and 3” height tile skirting for Walls of Reputed brand.

TOILETS:

Colour Glazed Ceramic Tiles at Rs.35/Sq.Ft for walls up to 7 Feet in height and Anti-skid ceramic tiles for flooring.

KITCHEN:

Black Granite slab for Kitchen worktop with Stainless Steel sink and Ceramic tiles at Rs.35/Sq.Ft up to 4’0” height above kitchen platform.

CUPBOARDS/WARDROBE:

Cudapa slab will be provided in the bed room, kitchen without shutters.

INVERTER WIRING:

Inverter point will be provided in balcony/ bedroom loft and the line will be connected with a light in Hall, Bedroom, Kitchen and Toilet, a fan in hall and bedroom, one 5A point in Hall and bedroom.

ELECTRICAL:

Concealed wiring with standard materials (Orbit brand switches and wires) will be provided with the following Plug Points as given below.

SANITARY:

Orissa Pan Indian Water Closet with Flush tank or European water closet with Flush Tank and Wash Basin (2 Nos), all the sanitary wares in white colour will be provided in the toilets (Parryware brand).

TERRACE:

The open terrace will be laid with white color heat-reflecting tiles.

PARAPET WALL:

4½” Brick wall will be provided at 3’ height.
