Structure: RCC framed structure with 9" external wall and 4.5" interior walls

Flooring: All flooring will be of vitrified tiles of 24” x 24”

Bathroom: Digital concept Ceramic tile flooring with wall dado to a height of 6 feet

Doors and Windows: Main door is of teak wood and the rest are country wood frames with commercial flush shutter doors

Electrical: Independent 3 phase supply with rotary changeover switch

Kitchen: Granite slabs with 2 feet wall dado, SS sink on the platform

Water supply and drainage: Individual bore well for each block, Municipal water connection, Soak pits for kitchen and bathroom waste and septic tank for toilet waste

Painting: 2 coats of Emulsion paint after applying 2 coats of wall putty
