M.S. Grills - One coat of zinc chromate primer and finished two coats of synthetic enamel paint from Asian or equivalent.

External walls - One coat of exterior primer from Asian or equivalent and two coats of Apex from Asian or equivalent.

Plumbing and Sanitary

Bathroom and kitchen water lines with FINOLEX CPVC pipes or equivalent.

Overhead tanks to bathroom and kitchen water lines with FINOLEX UPVC pipes or equivalent.

Outer waste line, soil line, rainwater harvesting lines shall be with 4” inch and 6” inch dia. of 4 kg / SQ.CM pressure with necessary specials of FINOLEX PVC pipes or equivalent.

All toilets shall have concealed wall hung closets with soft closing seat covers from KOHLER or equivalent

Health Faucet from KOHLER or equivalent.

All toilets shall have white wash basin with necessary fittings from KOHLER or equivalent.

Flooring and Wall Tiles

Living and Dining shall have First quality vitrified tiles from KAJARIA or equivalent of 2 x 2 feet tiles with 4 inch height skirting.

Bedrooms and Kitchen shall have First quality vitrified tiles from KAJARIA or equivalent of 2 x 2 feet tiles with 4 inch height skirting

Bathrooms shall have First quality wall tiles of 2 x 1 feet glazed / matt from KAJARIA or equivalent and flooring shall have matching first quality anti-skid tiles.

Bathroom flooring shall have 3mm spacer with matching epoxy grout.

Kitchen

Black Granite counter top with FRANKIE sink or equivalent
