The Parent Company focused on Financial Activities that were highly beneficial for the company. In 1947, the international establishments were closed and LP.Annamalai Textiles, was founded by Mr.PeriyaKaruppan Chettiar. This company focused on the Textile Industry of TamilNadu, India.

Later it diversified into financing and Hire Purchasing sector of the Indian Markets in which it has more than nine decades of Experience. Flourishing in these markets was coalesced by the IQS system. The IQS System that The LP Group is Built on, was perceived more that nine decades ago by its parent company.

Due to the over-whelming influence of economic fluctuations on trade in India, the company diversified onto Real Estate Business and brought all of its operations under The LPAN Group Of Companies founded in1986. The Company maintained focused on the core businesses of its parent company - Textiles and Financing.

Construction and development division of the LPAN group, aims to be more than a promoter and a builder.
