Structure

RCC structure with cement blocks for walls wherever needed as per design.

Lobby

Ground floor lobby flooring in Granite/Marble/Vitrified tiles. Basement and upper floor lobby flooring in Granite/Vitrified tiles. Service/fire staircase will be finished with high strength cement tiles/Kota stone/Granite/Vitrified tiles.

Lifts

Lifts of suitable size and capacity will be provided in all towers.

Apartment Flooring

Vitrified tile flooring and skirting in the living, dining, and all bedrooms. Master bedroom with wooden flooring. Anti-skid tiles in the balconies.

Kitchen

Vitrified tiles for the floor. Ceramic tile dado for 2 feet over the granite counter. Single bowl single drain steel sink with CP tap. Vitrified tile flooring and ceramic tiles dado for the utility.

Toilets

Anti-skid ceramic tiles for the flooring. Ceramic tiles on walls. Wash basin, EWCs, and chrome-plated fittings. Overhead shower. Suspended pipelines in all toilets concealed within a false ceiling wherever applicable.

Internal Doors

Main door: Flush shutter and frame in wood, polished on both sides. Other internal doors: Laminated/painted flush shutters.

External Doors and Windows

UPVC/Aluminum frames and shutters for balcony doors. 2 track UPVC/Aluminum framed windows with glass and provision for mosquito mesh shutters.

Painting

External walls with cement/external weatherproof paint. Internal walls and ceiling in emulsion paint. All railings in enamel paint.

Electrical

All electrical wiring is concealed in PVC insulated copper wires with modular switches. Sufficient power outlets and light points.

DG Power

Generator will be provided for all common areas.
