RCC Framed Structure with Concrete Block masonry walls.

DOORS:

Main Door: Teak Wood frame with moulded shutter.

Internal Doors: Hard Wood frame with moulded shutters. Hardware: Brass/Brushed Steel/MS Hardware fittings, as per design.

Windows: Powder Coated Aluminium/UPVC or equivalent glazed sliding shutters.

FLOORING:

Vitrified Tiles for Foyer, Living, Dining, Passage leading to Bedrooms, and Ceramic Tiles for Bedrooms, Kitchen, Utility and Balconies. Combination of marble, Granite, Vitrified/Ceramic or other materials as per design for common areas.

TOILETS:

Ceramic Tile flooring and dadoing.

KITCHEN:

Stainless Steel Sink, Kitchen Counter Top with polished, bull-nosed Granite. Ceramic dado 2 feet height above platform.

PLUMBING & SANITARY:

Vitreous ceramic ware for water closets and washbasins, Health Faucet in all Toilets with CP fittings such as Jaquar or equivalent.

PAINTING:

All interior walls lime plastered and painted with Plastic Emulsion. Ceiling lime plastered and painted with oil bound Distemper. Exterior facia of building is plastered and painted with weather proof Paint. Texture surface in selective places as per design.

ELECTRIFICATION:

Concealed PVC Conduits with Copper wiring in walls and ceilings. TV and Telephone Points in Living and Bedroom.

LIFT:

Elevator for each Block.
