1200x600mm Vitrified tile flooring for Living & dining. 600x600 Vitrified tiles for kitchen and bedrooms. 300x300mm Anti skid ceramic flooring for balcony.

KITCHEN

20mm thick Granite counter with Stainless steel sink & tap. 2 feet hight ceramic tile dado above the kitchen counter. Provision for water filter and kitchen exhaust.

TOILETS

Ceramic glazed tiles for dado upto to false ceiling. Anti skid ceramic tile flooring for floor. EWC with concealed flush tank & heath faucet. Wash basin without pedestal of Hindware/Jaquar/ make. Single lever Diverter for overhead shower and other related fittings from Jaquar make. Concealed master stop cock for each toilet. Provision for Geyser & Exhaust fans.

Painting

Internal : Plastic emulsion paint for walls & ceiling with roller finish.

External : Exterior emulsion paint for all external surfaces.

ELECTRICAL

One T.V / Telephone point in the living and master bed room. Provision for Broad Band Connection in Guest B/R or Study Room. Provision for one split AC in Master Bed room. Elegant modular electrical switch of Anchor-Roma/BB/Havells or equivalent make. I.S.I mark P.V.C conduits concealed in the walls, Quality copper cables. Adequate number of light, fan, 5 amps – 15 amps plug points shall be provided. MCB for each room and ELCB for the flat shall be provided.
