* Main Door: Teak Wood Frame and 40 MM Thick Shutter with Engineered Door with Veneer Finish and good quality hardware. * Bedroom and Toilet Doors: Sal / Maranttee Frame with 35 MM Thick Shutter with Engineered Door with Veneer Finish and good quality hardware. * Terrace Door: Sal / Maranttee Frame with 35 MM thick shutter with Engineered Wood door with Laminate finish with good quality hardware. * All doors with full wall jamb and 50 MM Architrave all around. * All Hardware - Godrej / Dorset equivalent. SS 304 Finish.

Kitchen:

* Granite Slab of 19mm with ceramic tile dado up to 2 feet above the counter. * Single Bowl Single Drain Stainless steel sink. * Vitrified Tiles flooring in the Utility area. * Provision for Exhaust. * Provision for Hob and Chimney.

Windows:

3 track aluminum powder coated / Iodized window with Mosquito Mesh. Aluminum with Domal / Equivalent Section with Saint Gobain / Modi / ASAI toughened Glass of required thickness.

Painting:

* Inside: 2 coats of wall putty, 1 coat primer & 2 coats emulsion. * Outside: 1 coat of external primer & 2 coats of weather guard emulsion. * Texture Paint as per Architectural Design and need.

Toilets/Baths:

* European WCs, Wash basins of Jaguar or equivalent make with Concealed Flush Tank. * Shower area with overhead Shower arm with Hot and Cold Mixer. * All Toilet Wash Basins with Hot and Cold Mixers. * Toilet accessories of Jaguar or equivalent. * Provision for Geysers and exhaust in all Toilets.

Television:

Internal wiring for cable or DTH TV in Living and Master bedroom.

STP:

A Sewage Treatment plant of adequate capacity as per norms will be provided inside the project. Treated sewage water will be used for landscaping and flushing purposes.

Water Supply:

Supply of water through a conventional system with 100% treated water. Separate water supply to kitchens.
