The Corporation is working under company’s act 1956; it is working on no profit - no loss basis. There is no budgetary support from the Government. The Corporation is taking programme loan/bridge funding/project finances from banks and financing institutions against the land for initial period. The Corporation has sufficient and talented workforce to execute the project. The construction is being entrusted to “Agencies” on merit through e-procurement platform on contractual terms and conditions.
